Vehicle Pick Up

STEP 1 - WALK TO BAGGAGE CLAIM

Once you have exited your plane. You will want to head to the baggage claim area that is located on the bottom floor. There will be signs to direct you much like there is at every airport. 

STEP 2 - Find Exit to Lower LEvel Zone 2

Once you have secured your luggage, look for an exit area out onto the lower level pick up areas between Baggage Claim A and B. This exit will take you to Zone 2 and directly to the "Express Deck Parking" shuttle you will need to catch.

STEP 3 - Board Express Deck Shuttle Bus

Once you have gone through the exit to the "Zone 2" pick up area, you will turn to the right and see the CLT-Airport Shuttle Buses. Get on the shuttle bus that says "Express Deck Parking." to get to the cars location.

STEP 4 - Drop Off At Express Deck 1

The shuttle will transport you to Express Deck Parking. The drop off location is at Express Deck 1 (Preffered), but the vehicle will be just a short walk to Express Deck 2 (Self Park) as explained in the next step.

STEP 5 - WaLk To Express Deck Self-Park Elevators

Once walking off the shuttle, make a 90-degree turn to the left. Then follow the path towards Express Deck 2. To ensure you are going to the right deck you will cross a bridge to get into Express Deck 2….if you havent crossed a bridge, you are in the wrong deck.

STEP 6 - Locate Vehicle With Info We Provided

You will receive a Floor, Row, and Spot Number from one of our team members that will allow you to locate the vehicle. From there you will use the lockbox code we provided to access the vehicle for your trip.

STEP 7 - Access The Vehicle Via Lockbox

Once at the vehicle, you'll see a lockbox located on the passenger window. Type in the code and press down on the silver tab to open. Remove the box by rolling down the window and store it in the vehicle inside the glovebox, center console, or wherever is convenient.

STEP 8 - Exiting the Parking Deck

Once you have entered the vehicle, be sure to locate the parking ticket on the dash or in the cup holders in the vehicle. From there you will follow the Exit Signs to get to the exit gate. Upon completion of the trip, Turo will Reimburse the cost of the parking ticket from us and put the ticket cost back onto the card you have on file with them.
