Vehicle Returns

STEP 1 - Return Instructions

Per Turo Policy, guests should return the vehicle at the gas level they received it. A gas receipt is also requested to confirm proper fuel use. If a receipt is not found, an improper return fee may be enforced by Turo. 

STEP 2 - Vehicle Lot Address

Drop of is the same location you picked up at: 6210 Wilkinson Blvd Charlotte, NC 28214 which is “The Parking Spot” Parking Area directly accross from the Airport. The next steps will guide you from there.

STEP 3 - Entering the Parking Area

Once you pull into the parking area, be sure to go in the gate marked with the blue signs specifically for Turo Rentals. the gate will open once you pull all the way up and the ID Tag on the car is able to be scanned on the windshield. If you have issues you can use the intercom to get help from the “ParkMyShare” Team with partner with for our parking.

STEP 4 - Follow the Blue Signs

Once you pull into the parking area, simply follow the blue signs for Turo Rentals. These signs will take you to the back of the parking complex to Row R where you picked the vehicle up from. The ID Tag on the windshield will also get you into the second gate that you will encounter on your way to the Turo Parking Row. If you pass the blue sign that says “Shuttle Sop,” youve passed Row R.

STEP 5 - Secure The Vehicle

Once parked, place or access the lock box on the passenger window, as shown in the picture. From there you will lock the car, place the key in the box, roll the window up, re-type the code, and pull the silver tab to secure box.

STEP 6 - Message Us with Row and Spot Number

Once you have parked the vehicle and secured the key in the lock box, send us a message in the app with the Row, and Spot Number. Failure to do so may result in an improper return fee.

STEP 7 - Wait for Shuttle back to the Front Gate

After you have finished all the steps above, you can wait for a shuttle at the front of Row R where the Blue “Shuttle Stop” sign is. They will take you up to the front where you can order an uber/lyft or wait for you ride to come and get you. Shuttles arrive every 5-7 minutes unless you are dropping off after hours (10:00am-6:00pm). If after hours, be sure to call 704-398-3776 to get a shuttle to the front.
