Vehicle Pick-Up
STEP 1 - PICK UP ADDRESS
The Vehicle Address is 5633 Wilkinson Blvd. Charlotte, NC 28208. Once you type that into "Maps" or "Google Maps" you will show up at the Express Deck Parking Area at CLT Airport. The next steps will guide you from there.
STEP 2 - Entering EXPRESS DECK PARKING
When you enter the Express Deck Parking area, you will take the main road all the way to the U-Turn Area. From there you can either be dropped off there or pick a free parking spot (if available) to park with your driver and be dropped off.
STEP 3 - Walk to Express Deck 2
The vehicle is located in the back deck (straight ahead as you headed toward the U-Turn when you drove in). You will take the walking path on the right of the U-Turn and take the bridge across to enter the Express Deck 2 parking deck.
STEP 4 - Locate The Vehicle
Once you have submitted your drivers license and selfie for Turo’s Verification Process, you will be given the Floor, Row, and Spot number to locate the vehicle. We will also give you the lock box code 30 minutes before the trip starting time.
STEP 5 - Entering The Vehicle
Once at the vehicle, you'll see a lockbox located on the window. Type in the code provided to you from our customer service team on the pad and press down on the silver tab to open. Remove the box by rolling down the window and store it in the vehicle.
STEP 6 - Exiting the Parking Deck
Once you have entered the vehicle, be sure to locate the parking ticket on the dash or in the cup holders in the vehicle. From there you will follow the Exit Signs to get to the exit gate. To get reimbursement for the parking ticket, simply upload the ticket in the photos and leave us a message that you have done so. Upon completion of the trip, we will reimburse the cost of parking from your trip.
